7.4.1. Sourcing of incoming materials 購進(jìn)原料的來源
The approval of good quality suppliers and the selection of excellent ingredients is a key aspect of any Operators quality and safety management system(s). Poor raw materials can result in the production of poor quality finished product and may also compromise the safety of the Operator’s entire process. All Operators shall therefore put special emphasis on ensuringthat their suppliers and ingredients are of the required quality and standard.
優(yōu)質(zhì)供方的批準(zhǔn)和優(yōu)秀原料的選擇是任何經(jīng)營(yíng)者質(zhì)量和安全管理體系的一個(gè)重要方面。劣質(zhì)的原材料會(huì)導(dǎo)致劣質(zhì)成品的

7.4.1.1 Management requirements 管理要求
a) Purchasing information shall describe the product to be purchased, including, where appropriate, requirements for approval of purchased product.
采購信息應(yīng)表述擬采購的產(chǎn)品,適當(dāng)時(shí),包括對(duì)所購買產(chǎn)品批準(zhǔn)的要求。
b) Selection and approval of all raw materials shall include their origin, transport, storage,processing and handling.
對(duì)所有原材料的選擇和批準(zhǔn)應(yīng)包括其來源,運(yùn)輸,儲(chǔ)存和處置。
c) Any potential hazard associated with a raw material shall be documented.
與原材料相關(guān)的任何潛在的危害應(yīng)形成文件。
d) Each raw material shall have a written specification, including quality agreement, which is amended when change of documented parameters takes place.
每種原料應(yīng)有書面規(guī)范,包括質(zhì)量協(xié)議,當(dāng)所列參數(shù)發(fā)生變化時(shí)規(guī)范應(yīng)得到修訂。
e) In addition to the analytical characteristics of the raw material, the specification shall include, where appropriate, details of any undesirable substance with which the raw material may typically be associated, and any other hazards or limitations associated with the raw material which have been considered in the Operator’s HACCP system.
除了原料的分析特性外,適當(dāng)時(shí),規(guī)范應(yīng)當(dāng)包括,與原料有典型性關(guān)聯(lián)的非預(yù)期物質(zhì)的詳細(xì)資料,以及與產(chǎn)品有關(guān)的在經(jīng)營(yíng)者的 HACCP 體系中已予以考慮的其他任何危害或限值。
f) Where appropriate, requirements for analytical monitoring shall be defined.
適當(dāng)時(shí),分析和監(jiān)視要求應(yīng)被規(guī)定。
g) In case the material is a product (which is covered by FAMI- QS certificate) imported from outside the European Union, a written confirmation of its compliance with the current EU feed regulations issued by the supplier is needed. Documentation is required that these products covered by FAMI-QS certificate are produced in compliance with the EU legislation.
如果原料是一種從歐盟以外進(jìn)口的FAMI-QS產(chǎn)品,需要供方提供符合現(xiàn)行歐盟飼料法規(guī)的書面證明。應(yīng)提供這些FAMI-QS產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)符合本規(guī)范附錄。
h) There shall be a list of internally approved suppliers and each supplier shall be subject to periodical review.
應(yīng)有內(nèi)部被批準(zhǔn)供方的名錄并應(yīng)對(duì)每一個(gè)供方進(jìn)行定期評(píng)審。
i) The Operator shall evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to supply products in accordance with the Operator’s requirements. Criteria for selection, evaluation and re-evaluation shall be established.
經(jīng)營(yíng)者應(yīng)基于供方按經(jīng)營(yíng)者的要求供應(yīng)產(chǎn)品的能力評(píng)價(jià)和選擇供方。應(yīng)制訂選擇、評(píng)價(jià)和重新評(píng)價(jià)的準(zhǔn)則。
j) Records of any relevant analytical and monitoring results and records of the evaluations on the supplier and necessary actions arising from that evaluation shall be maintained.
所有相關(guān)的分析和監(jiān)視結(jié)果、對(duì)供方的評(píng)價(jià)以及評(píng)價(jià)所引起的任何必要的措施的記錄應(yīng)予保持。
