4 MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (MS) 管理體系
4.1. General requirements 總要求
The Operator shall establish, document, implement and maintain a management system (MS) in
accordance with the requirementsof this Code.
經(jīng)營者應(yīng)按本規(guī)范的要求建立管理體系，形成文件，加以實(shí)施和保持。
The MS shall be continually adapted in line with regulatory developments and customer requirements.
管理體系應(yīng)持續(xù)地保持與法規(guī)發(fā)展和顧客需求相適宜。
The structure of the MS shall be specific to the organisation of the Operator and should includes
policies, requirements and process documents that reflect commitment to feed safety.
管理體系的結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)體現(xiàn)經(jīng)營者的組織機(jī)構(gòu)，并且應(yīng)當(dāng)包括反映對飼料安全承諾的方針、要求和過程文件。
The MS shall ensure that all activities carried out by the Operator that could impact on the quality
and feed safety of the product are consistently defined, implemented and maintained at all levels
in the organisation.
管理體系應(yīng)確保經(jīng)營者實(shí)施的可能影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和飼料安全的所有活動，在組織的各層次得到一致地確定、
實(shí)施和保持。
The MS shall include quality procedures to ensure that the product consistently conforms to the
authorisation of the feed additive and the specification of the premixture(s) as the other products
covered by FAMI-QS scope thereof.
管理體系應(yīng)包括質(zhì)量程序，以確保產(chǎn)品持續(xù)符合飼料添加劑的許可注冊和預(yù)混合飼料的規(guī)格，同時(shí)包括
FAMI-QS范圍所覆蓋的其他產(chǎn)品。

? A documented MS is in place;

? The MS includes regulatory, safety and customer requirements;

? The MS is covering all the Operator’s activities;
體系覆蓋經(jīng)營者的所有活動；
? Other activities are not conflicting with the feed safety requirements.
其他的活動不能與飼料安全要求沖突。
